2023 Softball All-Skills Clinic begins Feb. 11
The winter skills clinic is designed to improve player overall softball skills and introduce and/or improve player skills in the areas of throwing, hitting, and fielding. Base running, bunting, and other game specific skills will also be taught.
- Players will work on proper techniques in the art of hitting from both a mental and physical standpoint.
- Learn the proper mechanics of fielding, footwork, balance and the importance of using two hands, along with proper throwing techniques.
- Practice and learn techniques to throw harder and further while avoiding injury.
The clinic will be on the following Saturdays: 2/11, 2/25, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8. The location is Floral Street School and cost $150 per player. Sessions are broken down by age group and will be about 1-1.5 hours each between 3-7pm.
